I am currently an assistant professor in the John Molson School of Business of Concordia University in Montréal. I am in the Department of Decision Science and Management Information Systems. I obtained a PhD in information systems and decision sciences in December 2003 from Louisiana State University. I believe in the pursuit of excellence. I believe in setting high goals for myself. I believe in dreaming: Though dreams often seem as ephemeral as the passing clouds, the reality of refreshing rain is born only of clouds pregnant with hope. (I like to wax poetic every now and then.) My central research interest is applying the Internet for organizational benefit. I have had three specific research focuses (plus a phase of researching miscellaneous topics), which I list in the chronological order of my pursuit of them:
